Hi
error code 0x80020043 relates to BURNING THE DISK FAILED BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF CD IS NOT SUPPORTED
Anyone having had similar problems will no doubt have looked at this apple thread for advice -

As you will see there are no postings from Apple addressing this problem despite many users requesting an answer.
I have tried a number of different DVD's including ones that previously burned OK
I have checked my DVD in the Apple System Profiler as suggested by Cancom Tech Support
Interested to hear if anyone out there knows why this is happening and any suugestions other than the hundreds posted on Apples thread
