I've mu SIM card put inside the iPhone but after this time I synced my phone to iTunes it shows no service , have tried settings-->general-->reset but no help.Please Help!!

This happened to me before, what I did was shutdown the phone, remove the simcard and put it back then turn on the phone again.
It'll most probably work after that.

You could try this method, If it still doesn't work, I would suggest you to go back to the place where you get your iPhone and check with them.
