When I'm listening to music on my iphone and I pull up the control center It won't let me go to next track. Any solutions

I reinstalled iOS7 and it worked just fine. Sometimes I find it doesn't work so I turn off and restart the phone.

yes restart you devices ! sometime glitch may occurs !!
