Forgot my Mac 9.2 password

Expand Post »
I forgot my password!
I tried doing the "Disabling extensions" thingy by holding down shift, but it just told me that i needed to enter a password to go any further.
I don't have the install disk, and i don't want to change to another OS.
Is there anyway to reset/delete all user accouts/passwords without the password or the disk?

Any help would be appreciated
