Note Pad

Expand Post »
I am running Mac Os 8.6 on a powermac g3 grey tower - yes I know it should be scrapped but it's a long story. It has served me faithfully for about ten years and for the first time somthing has gone wrong.... the note pad has corrupted - damaged resource forks so noton utilities says. As you can imagine there is a lot of stuff in this notebook, names, addresses tele. numbers etc. I have tried everything but can't get it to open. Even bringing in an old version of notebook from a backup computer dosen't work. Can damaged resource forks be fixed and if so - how.
Looking forward to some help
Many thanks
BRIAN.
