How do I Move Apple Mail from one OSX Mac to another OSX Mac?

I have two Macs running OS 10.2.8. I would like to move the email complete with folder structure and rules if possible from one computer to the other. Does anybody know how to do this?

If you're using Mail.app, everything is stored in ~/Library/Mail/ and ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist. Move those from point A to Point B and put them in the same spot as you got them from.
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
