Hi everyone

The question i have is:
Do i necesarily need to have a mac computer to be able to run mac os or can this be done on any computer other than mac? I'm asking because they are insanely expensive.

P.S. A virtual amchine is out of the question. I've tried it and it pretty much sucks. Thanks for your help

Yes. Formerly, 'psystar' sold computers with Mac OS, but they were taken to court by Apple and lost.

I bought a used iMac for $300 (1.83 GHz Intel core duo) a couple of months ago.
