Is it possible to delete an e-mail without it going to the Trash, bin. As in a PC if you pressed Shift and Delete, that was it, gone. Any help?

No, unfortunately I don't think there is a way for one-click permanent deleting.

You can write a script to solve this problem (see here ), but I think it'd just be faster to delete messages and then periodically empty the trash.

I think that could be impossible. For the email has its own software. You just have to empty that trash to make it simple.
