Hello :)
generally the fastest way to get addresses out of an excel list and into labels is to go thru MS word.
Use mail merge process creates a sheet of mailing labels that you can print, and each label on the sheet contains an address from the list.
It's best if the format for the addresses is
first name
last name
add1
add2
add3
add4
Word should have *most* label vendors already within the wizard so all you have to do is pick the right code.
