Usin Ipone spy software to catch cheating spouse

Once you have found out the spouse has been cheating and it’s all in the open and he promises not to have any contact with the other woman. Would you consider installing mobile spy to monitor. I am considering doing so because there is an overwhelming feeling of foolishness. Has anyone have experience with this tool?
