Running Mac Mountain lion on a PC laptop

Is there a simple way of running Apple Mountain lion on a PC laptop. I know this seems like a ridiculous question but I have a client who for some reason thinks it should be possible. I think the next thing he wants to do is switch to UNIX. I think he will be looking for a new consultant soon unfortunately I let myself be bullied into asking the question. Then of course I got interested myself dammit I think they're just built myself a time sink.
thanks for your help in advance

Mac OSX requires MAC-specific hardware. There are hacks that will allow you to (sort of) run OSX on non-Mac systems or virtual machines, but honestly they don't work all that well.
