Recently (within past week) no new software, no hardware changes, etc.
Upon Boot - After Dell, After Windows 'starts up'.....while my programs and taskbar are loading the screen gives approx 3 snap-fast flashes then settles. It orig. started as one flash, now has gone to more. Don't want to ignore if one of my hardware parts is telling me something.
