My benq 3000 notebook is now out of warranty, it died 2 months ago and under warranty installed a new HDD and heat sink telling me that the problem was casued by the heatsink being full of dust, and overheating, which I can believe, it is very dusty in our area with a new shopping centre being built,
However as i used to clean off my othe PCs as they were cabinet type adn access was easy, I asked Benq for a diagram of where the heatsink was so as i could do it myself, they refused to give me a diagram, and said the job was beyond me, hmmm , does anybody have a diagram or kmow how I can access this myself please,
