I'm...not that smart with computers, but here's my problem.

I was in control panel, settings, and adjusting pixels. I clicked on apply to see if this setting would be better, it didn't go back in 15 seconds instead I got a black screen with small 2x2 pop up with MESSAGE - MODE NOT SUPPORTED. I thought oh well, turn off the computer and restart, now when windows loads the final screen is this black screen with the pop up message. I have tried going into safe mode, uninstalling video card (RADEON 9600) both primary and secondary, restarted computer in normal mode, it installs video card, asks to shut down and then when it reboots, the same black screen with pop up box with the same message.

any help or suggestions to get me out of this MODE NOT SUPPORTED MESSAGE would be very much appriciated, thanks.
