I have everything for my new computer except for the sound card. I was looking to buy the Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music card.

I was looking at it tonite and realized that this card dosen't have a headphone jack. I find this odd because my older Soundblaster Live card has a headphone jack at the back of my computer and I had assumed that the new one did.

It seems that to get a headphone out with the X-Fi cards is to buy the X-Fi Platimum card with the drive bay I/O control panel, and it costs approx $65 more.

I would buy the X-Fi Platimum version and absorb the cost but I can't mount the I/O panel in the front drive bay because when the front door of the case closes the inside of the door is almost flush with the inside and there is no room for the protruding knobs on the I/O control panel.

My case is an ATRIX 9001

Is there any way to add a headphone output to the X=Fi extreme Music card? Has anyone done this?
