How to add another SATA drive that has data on it

Ok. I have scrolled google for several pages and I haven't been able to solve this problem.

I added another SATA drive to my computer and I cant see it in the my computer. The disk management tool shows that this drive is drive 1 and my system drive is drive 0. Drive 1 has not been assigned a letter. When I right click the drive there are only options for changing the drive into a dynamic drive, properties and help but I don't see initialize option anywhere.

Could someone help me with this problem, please?
