Using mandrake on vmware...

So on my pc i have vmware installed so i thought i would try out some linux programs... i loaded mandrake on vmware 4.5 and is working nice, only think is i can't figure out how to get the network to work for mandrake. i have it set for bridged. but not sure what else i need to do.. anyhelp... we have fixed ip's here at work if that makes a different.

i figured it out... i hadn't set up the network card in mandrake yet.

I am having the same problem that you had trying to setup the network at the Mandrake 10 unde the vmware. Can you send me how did you setup the network under the vmware and unde Mandrake?

I also got this Mandrake on VMWare Workstation problem :-| . Has any one found a solution?
