Mod rewrite for help desk knowledge base

Expand Post »
I have a knowledge base set up on my site. The URL structure is the following:

http://www.service.page-zone.com/desk/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=view

This is basicly the front page, Going into an article generates the following:

http://www.service.page-zone.com/desk/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=1&nav=0

The problem is, it doesn't get indexed by google. I have put in many hours trying different rewrite rules and none of them seem to work. Is it even possible to turn the URL's into a search engine friendly place?
