/etc/sysconfig

I have installed ubuntu 11.04 using wubi installer inside windows.I am not able to find sysconfig in etc folder.I need to change the auto eth0 settings.And I accidentally deleted the auto eth0 configuration.Any way i can get it back.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hello prasannaiitg,
Ubuntu does not have the folder /etc/sysconfig/. Instead, for interface configurations, you need to access /etc/network/interfaces.

For debian/ubuntu it is /etc/network/interfaces
