bookmarks don't work in Firefox??? (on bar)

When I insert a bookmark in the bar at the top it inserts but when I click the button it doesn't do anything. How do I fix this?

If you right click onto the button in question, you will see the link that it is hopefully going to, if there is no link shown then add it in and press OK, that may solve your issue.

Yes thank you! That worked. I didn't realize I had to enter the link manually; I thought it inserted it automatically when I clicked new bookmark.

It should enter the link automatically, in your case though it didn't work. Try entering them into the bookmark toolbar instead of into the bookmarks section, then place them onto the toolbar.
