I have recently tried to upgrade my windows 98 to windows 2000 via an update disk (Which is also a restore disk) but it has kept on failing at 6%. So i shut windows 98 down and the next day when i turn back on it comes up with this "initailising boot agent version 2.6" then 9 seconds later"Disk read error press ctrl+alt+del to reeboot.
If enyone can help please do as i am completely stuck.
