MS Access Date Function

I know how to calculate a person's age based on their date of birth but is the reverse possible?
I would like to display a person's DOB in a form using their age. What is the formula for this and how do you implement it?

this would have to be done in the properties of the sheet. and you would probable have to create new fields >>>>some thing like Age: (Date()-([DoB])/365.25
