Sorry if this is an old problem. I looked around the forum and couldn't find a similar thread.

My wife is using AOL 9.0VR and cannot open any links in her emails. I've been on the phone for centuries with AOL Support and have gotten no where.

The problem emerged when we lost our HDD and had to re-install all software including AOL. Now if one clicks on a link, one just gets a yellow box below the link with the url in it.

The link at the top of the email which says open links and pictures does not work. We have reloaded the sw several times and it is not the answer.

Any thoughts?
