In internet explorer, and all browsers for that matter, I could download .psd files, which are photoshop files, from the internet, but, recently, I haven't been able to download these files for some reason, it just does nothing, can u possibly figure out the problem here?

I want to open the .psd file.but not able to open that file on my PC.
Could you please help me out so that i can download psd software on my PC so that i can able to open the psd file format on my PC.
