can't delete cache

I just delted all the cookies after searching them from my xp search option.I have got loads of hits for "cache" but I don't know which one to delete or not.It seems that I can't see a particular site because they have chagned their dns recently and my proxy or maybe because of my cookies I'm being shown page not found...is there any program with which I can delete caches or cookies?I tried firebird's clear all option but it doesn't work.

I am not sure but if you use ie >5.0 there is "delete all cookies" button. As well as "delete all internet files" button. I think it is under tools->settings but I am not sure since I usually use Netscape.
