I tried to install View Sonic User guide and instalation software and recieved this message SEVERE Unable to update registry. The monitor works but I can not adjust the contrast and the users guide did not load.
I am also having problems loading Famil Tree Maker.
Any help will be appricated

If you are on vista, remember to right click the installer and do run as administrator.
The monitor works but I can not adjust the contrast
Use the OSD instead.

make sure that there is no restrictions to access your registry..or else you will have this problem..
