Please can you help me. I have window xp with m.s.n messenger 6.2 and skype, the question is I can speak and hear people on skype but when I am useing m.s.n messenger I cannot hear or be heard.

so in messenger have you gone to tools and cliked on the audio /video tuning wizzard ,to check the settings of the camera and mic.
if yes then why didn't you say so .!LOL
There has been consistent problems with with guys on Mac using MSN Messenger..Skype is a neutral freeware which supports all platforms..I personally go with the combination of Skype and www.rhubcom.com for all interactive meetings to webinars.
