EXcel error message when opning

STDOLE2.TLB error message when opening-

why is it given me this error message,

also, everytime I open office word or excel it starts up the installation again-
then in Outlook I cannot set up the user account, it says:

"the operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. restart outlook and try again. If the problem persist, reinstall Outlook"

suggestions will be appreciated, thanks

? did you try reinstalling outlook as suggest by error message
