Due to a problem, I reformatted and both my computers (vista and XP) and installed scanjet 5590p on my vista, but when I try to scan to e-mail I get a message that my e-mail program is missing. My e-mail program (Windows Mail) is alive and well and I do not want to use outlook. In the setting I chose Windows Mail, but the scanner cannot find it.
Installed the same scanjet on my second computer (XP) and here the default e-mail settings are outlook express, but whenever I try to scan to e-mail, it takes me to Outlook.
Can someone advise me.
