MSN problems (can't add people!)

I've been experiencing MSN software difficulties, when I add someone on MSN, or if they add me, it says

'You're done!

It looks like [email][e-mail][/email] doesn't use Messenger yet(they actually do!). We sent an e-mail message to them with inttructions on how to connect with you on Messenger and on Windows Live.'

I find this really wierd, please help me.

hi, i feel you pain ,but i don't use messenger ,but suggest with a software specific problem like yours you might get better help here .
