I am very new to the Exchange Server 2007 and was wondering if anyone could help with setting certain permissions for users. I want to allow a few users to only change forwarding on other users mail boxes. All of the roles that I have seen allow them full control and I want to restrict them from changing anything else.

If anyone could help I would be very appreciative!
