We're running Server 2000 on TS boxes for MS Office XP access. We have a number of generic email accounts set up for bouncebacks, etc. from email campaigns. With one particular account, when there is a bounceback, Outlook will not pull the .txt files that include the details (ex. no email acct exists, etc). If I log into the pop3 server (Server 2003) and open the email in the mailroot folder using Outlook express, the attachments are there.
All the other accounts include the attachments in Outlook XP with no problems. It's just this one account, and it is set up the exact same way as all the others. I'm reaching my wit's end. Any help is appreciated.
