Error when installing Word 2003 add-in

I've installed Serenity Software's Editor software on Windows XP SP2 (on a Parallels VM) and there is an add-in to install so the software can operate through Word but it doesn't work. When I install the add-in (on Word 2003) the error comes up Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040200 and "Editor" does not appear on Word'c menu bar. Can anyone help? Serenity can't and it works without problem on my wife's laptop running Vista. It couldn't be something to do with Parallels could it?

Thanks. I actually solved the problem by reinstalling Office 2003 but making sure Word has all possible extras and that seemed to do it.
