Hi, I hope you can help me.
I am using IE6 with windows 98.
When I click on links that try to open a new IE window, a new window is opened, but the site doesn't load. the same thing happens when I try to open a new IE window by clicking the IE icon on my desktop (the only way i can start surfing the internet is by entering my computer, and then writing an internet address).

by the way, I tried the solutions recommended to the last person who asked a similiar question, but they didn't solve it.
