Created a document containing both graphics (jpg) and texts -- English and Bengali (Bangla)
in a PC running XP Home version.
When I copied the document on a CD and loaded it in a laptop running XP Professional, the
document does not open properly. Images and English part of the text appear OK, but the
Bengali text is garbled.
Word 2003 loaded in both units and the font library is identical in the PC and laptop.
Request suggestions/solution.

on that pc which is not displaying the bengali text, if you just open a word document and use bengali as a font. does it display well or garbled also?
if it display well, then tried to double check the file. it could be the file is corrupted.
Before copying the file to a disc. Tried opening the file and check whether it's okay or not.
