I have a Windows 7 laptop with Office 2007 which I am trying to repair, and getting the above error. I do not have the media, just the Key, so I can not copy files from a cd to the desktop. Can anyone please advise how I can repair this?
I assume that it-it is Italian, which is not my main language, so it is not a big matter if I can not use but, but there are other issues with Office that I am trying to fix.
Any help would be appreciated.
