benchmarking/performance monitor tools needed

Hello again
anyone can recommend some useful tools (free if any), which can help find out for example when an application is being run in Windows, how much CPU, RAM and other resources are being used (i know the task manager provides something like this but want something with more details if any), and also update these performance values in real time.

Which OS do you have? Windows 7 or is it s server OS? if so you can use Performance and Monitoring tools. You can define a data collection set.

I believe you are looking for the "sysinternals suite"

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb842062

It is all free, and have everything, I can think of, that you can possibly need.
The specific part you ask for is named process explorer, and can be customized to view what you want. :)
