Outlook 2003- the operation failed error

Hi,
When I try to send attachments from 3rd party applications (Adobe Acrobat version 7) or graphic applications I get this error message "the operation failed". However, I can send attachments from any Microsoft software successfully. I don't have Nortons and use the Microsoft Antispyware Beta for security which works just fine. Even when I close the Antispyware software I still get this error message so that's not it.

I'd really appreciate any help. I can save the attachment and then open Outlook and send it that way but it would be nice to just send it without backtracking.

Hi, I to am having this exact issue, I re-created my mail profile and it started working again, but only for a day or so. I am now receiving the error again.
