something like imap server

hi,
i looking for a imap server or something like that.
i have many emails: hotmail, shared linux server with email and gmail.
i use the outlook 2007 for receive emails from that accounts.
my problem is that i receive a lot of spam and with the rules in outlook he take too
long to receive any email i have a good computer so the problem is not the computer.
The solution that i looking for is some software that is installed in a windows server
that receive all email accounts delete what is defined in the rules and them
store in the server only what is good, them the oulook will ask to that server
software the emails, like imap does that the email is deleted from server or the computer
when the email is deleted in some place.
there is some software open source / free that can handle with this?
