I was wondering if anyone can help me with configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 to do screen pop for incoming calls to display caller information. I created info in the contact list and I can get Outlook 2003 to make phone calls but I cannot get information for incoming calls. If anyone can help me with this, that would be cool.
