win98-fast startup
Warning: This is not for LAN (Ethernet) users.
Windows98 not starts fast if your lan card drivers are installed, if you are not using lan on your system then remove(uninstall) the drivers or disable the lan card from Device manager or from BIOS.

THIS TWEAK DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU USE FIXED IPS, ONLY IF THEY ARE ASSIGNED BY DHCP AND THE SLOWDOWN ISNT THAT LONG ANYWAY
