I have another problem. I downloaded an OIASYS OutlookLink from OIASYS website onto Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I found out that is something that I don't need and uninstalled it through Add/ Remove Programs in Control Panel. The problem is when I restart Microsoft Outlook 2003 and open the contact folders, the little telephone you use to make a call is grayed out and it is says that it is the OIASYS phone dialer and I have to reset the toolbar to get the default telephone back and this is happens every time I restart Outlook 2003. I have done a repair and even re-installed Office but it still happening. I even tried to delete registry keys and run the issues with Ccleaner and I ran HiJack This and still the same thing. I do not know what to do anymore and I do not want to re-install Office or re-install Windows XP again. Any help from anybody would be greatful. This is an emergency.
