I resolved a previous post where I could boot to Safe Mode but not to Normal Mode by doing a System Restore to an earlier date. Now my computer doesn't recognize my CD ROM Drives and there are problems with oter devices as indicated in Device Manager. The ones with an explanation mark by them are my 2 CD Rom Drives, Creative AudioPCI (ES1371, ES1373) (WDM), Creative SB Live! Value (WDM), and Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator. One has a question mark by it. It is Multimedia Video Controller. Can anyone help with this one? I am running Windows XP Professional SP 2. I have run Norton Antivirus, Adaware, and Spybot.
