Outlook problem with Exchange server 2003

Hi,

I removed my Exchange Server Email account from my Outlook 2003 because I do not want the server to control my emails. Along with it though went my emails, contacts etc.

I would like to know how to retrieve my mailbox so that I can extract my Sent Items from it. Is this possible?
