"Performed an Illegal Operation and will be shut down" error msg.

Everytime i open up IE....the msg sayin illegal operation and will be shut down appears...when i click on details...I get:

My advise would be to upgrade to Internet Explorer version 6 with service pack 1, primarily for security reasons. Otherwise you can try a repair by going to add/remove programs.
