Hello,

I had a powersurge this AM and unfortunately we weren't using a UPS but a plain surge protector.

When you startup the PC it goes directly to the Startup Menu. I've clicked on Safe Mode, Last Known Configuration and Start Windows Normally. The system will act like it's booting up the O/S and show the XP logo then go back to the Startup menu again.

It just keeps repeating this process.

Any suggestions?
