Tutorial on how to fix IE problems

This is a very common problem so if you need help with IE read this

Now first you should make sure you have the most up to date version of internet exlorer. If you dont download from microsoft.com or automatic updates. There are two problems that this tutorial will take care of 1. IE slow loading pages 2. IE
hijacked by spyware.
1. Some times i have seen posts about IE not loading pages now to get rid of this you first want to scan using ad aware and spybot search and destroy. If this first attempt fails then try using zilla connection accelerator it config your system for the appropriate type of connection (ie:56k,DSL,cable,etc). Now if you are still loading pages slow you should goto start

Billy, since this is a tutorial, you probably shouldn't have invited people to post problems here -- more ideas and suggestions, yes, but problems should all be in their own thread.

Vino80, all HJT logs are supposed to be posted in the Security forum. Update your hijackthis to version 1.98.2 using either the Update feature in your current hjt, or by downloading it from here:

Also, put it in it's own permanent folder (don't run it from your desktop). After you've updated it and put it in it's own folder, close all open browser windows and scan again. Post the new log in the security forum.

By the way, run Ad-Aware, Spybot, and an anti-virus program before you scan with HJT.

I meant like solutions to problems (especially not hijack this logs) and if you have the same problem that my tutorial suggests like vin08 did(he is a newb so any mods or uptight ppl cut him some slack) than you shouldn't have posted that.
