this messege comes up from nowhere...even when i open trash box,why?and i cannot rid off it,and dont know why,it started when i downlouded avg anti spyware free trial...please help

i was trying to help my mom,and after my that so called help,she started to recieve those masegges,now she thinks i did something wrong...so please iff anybody has time and pattion,to resolve it foe her...
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
