Cannot start services Error 1068 & 1069

Minimal services running and cannot start them. I get an error code 1068 & 1069. This all happened after a trojan or virus hit my computer. Tried starting them in safe mode with no help. Says something about logon problems and cannot start RPC service. Anybody that can help or has ever fixed this any input would be greatly appreciated!

No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
