Random Vista error message

Expand Post »
Hi

I was wondering if someone could help me solve my problem. I have vista home premium and at random times an "interactive services dialog detection" box pops up. It says a program can't display a message on my desktop. When I click show details it says:

"Programs(s) or device(s) requesting attention.

Message title: mIRC
Program path: C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\install.exe
Received: Today

This problem happens because of partial incompatibility with Windows Vista.
Please contact the program or device manufacturer(s) for more information."

I have no idea what this is or what to do about it and was hoping someone would be able to help me out.
